Terms & Conditions — Use of RamzBank Services

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RamzBank website and services, including the purchase and activation of physical crypto gift cards. By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order or activating a gift card, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• “RamzBank” means RamzBank Teknoloji ve Finans Hizmetleri A.Ş., the provider of crypto gift card services.
• “Gift Card” or “Crypto Gift Card” means a physical card issued by RamzBank that represents a certain value of supported crypto assets and includes a unique activation code.
• “User”, “you”, “your” means any individual or legal entity using our website or services.
• “Crypto Assets” means supported digital assets, such as Bitcoin, Tether or other cryptocurrencies that RamzBank may offer from time to time.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

1. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
2. Registration may require a verified mobile phone number or other authentication methods as determined by RamzBank.
3. You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when creating an account and placing orders.
4. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. RamzBank reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of suspected misuse, fraud, violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

3. Purchasing Crypto Gift Cards

1. You may purchase physical crypto gift cards through our official website and payment channels only.
2. A minimum order amount may apply, as displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
3. Payments must be made via supported payment methods (e.g. bank cards or other methods displayed at checkout).
4. Once an order is submitted, it will be processed according to the delivery and issuance timelines shown during checkout.
5. Pricing of crypto assets on your order is based on market conditions at the time the order is confirmed, as defined by RamzBank’s pricing mechanism.

4. Delivery of Physical Cards

1. Cards are shipped as physical products to the delivery address you provide during checkout.
2. Estimated delivery times will be displayed at the time of purchase and may vary depending on courier performance and location.
3. RamzBank is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
4. You are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. Additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses may be charged to you.
5. If a card is damaged during shipping, RamzBank will work with you and the carrier to assess the situation and may, at its discretion, replace the card once proper verification is completed.

5. Activating a Crypto Gift Card

1. Gift cards can only be activated through RamzBank’s official website or other activation channels we explicitly provide.
2. To activate a card, you must enter the unique activation code and provide a valid crypto wallet address compatible with the selected crypto asset.
3. Once activation is confirmed, RamzBank will initiate transfer of the corresponding crypto assets to the wallet address you provide.
4. Crypto transfers are irreversible. It is your responsibility to ensure that the wallet address and network details you provide are correct and compatible.
5. Activation codes may have an expiration period. If applicable, the validity period will be communicated on the card or on our website.

6. User Responsibilities

1. You are fully responsible for the accuracy of all personal, delivery and wallet information you provide.
2. You must keep your card and activation code safe and must not share the code with anyone you do not fully trust.
3. You agree to use RamzBank services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those relating to anti-money laundering and sanctions.
4. You must not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose.

7. Cancellations, Refunds and Errors

1. Due to the nature of crypto assets, once a gift card has been issued and linked to a specific order, refunds are generally not possible.
2. Cancellation requests may be considered only before the card is issued or shipped, and remain subject to RamzBank’s sole discretion.
3. In case of payment errors or technical issues, you must promptly contact our support. We will review the transaction and, where appropriate, correct any errors in accordance with our internal procedures and legal obligations.

8. Risks and Disclaimers

1. You acknowledge that crypto assets are volatile and may lose or gain value rapidly. RamzBank does not guarantee any future value of the crypto assets loaded on a gift card.
2. RamzBank is not responsible for any losses resulting from market price fluctuations before or after card activation.
3. RamzBank does not provide investment, tax or financial advice. Decisions to buy, hold, activate or redeem crypto assets are made solely by you.

9. Privacy

1. RamzBank collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
2. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, as updated from time to time.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use RamzBank services for:

• Any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing or sanctions evasion.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data.
• Interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of the website.

RamzBank reserves the right to suspend or terminate access and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

11. Changes to Services or Terms

1. RamzBank may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of its services at any time, with or without prior notice, where reasonably necessary.
2. We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
3. Continued use of the website or services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

RamzBank’s liability is limited as described in our separate Limitation of Liability document. In any event, to the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the value of the order to which the claim relates, prior to issuance of the gift card.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts of Istanbul (Şişli) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
