Limitation of Liability

This Limitation of Liability statement explains the extent of RamzBank’s responsibility in connection with the purchase, delivery and activation of crypto gift cards. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the limitations set out below, in addition to our Terms & Conditions.

1. Market Volatility of Crypto Assets

Crypto asset prices are highly volatile and can change rapidly at any time.
RamzBank is not responsible for any increase or decrease in the value of crypto assets loaded on a gift card, whether before or after activation.
The timing of purchasing or activating a gift card is your own decision and at your sole risk.

2. Correctness of Wallet Address

Crypto transfers are fundamentally irreversible. Once a transfer is broadcast to the network, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by RamzBank.
RamzBank is not liable for losses caused by incorrect, incomplete or incompatible wallet addresses provided by you or the recipient.
It is your responsibility to double-check the wallet address and network settings before confirming activation.

3. Errors in User Information

RamzBank is not responsible for any consequences arising from:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
Incorrect or unreachable phone number or email address.
Mistakes in identity or activation information submitted by the user.

Any additional costs, delays or losses resulting from such inaccuracies are the user’s responsibility.

4. Misuse of Card or Activation Code

RamzBank is not liable for:

Any disclosure of the activation code by you or a recipient to third parties.
Unauthorized use of the card or code by another person.
Loss or theft of the physical card after it has been delivered by the courier.

After activation, the underlying transaction on the blockchain cannot be reversed, and RamzBank cannot restore any crypto assets transferred as a result of such use.

5. Delivery Delays and Shipping Issues

RamzBank will hand over shipments to the designated carrier within the indicated timeframe but cannot control all aspects of delivery.
Delays caused by the carrier, customs, local restrictions or events beyond RamzBank’s control are not the responsibility of RamzBank.
If a card is damaged in transit, RamzBank will work to replace the card after verifying the damage with you and the carrier. However, RamzBank is not liable for consequential losses arising from delays.

6. Blockchain Network Conditions

The speed and reliability of crypto transfers depend on the respective blockchain network, including congestion, transaction fees and technical stability. RamzBank is not responsible for:

Delayed confirmations due to network congestion.
Increased fees or slower processing caused by external network conditions.
Technical faults or temporary disruptions of blockchain nodes.

7. Technical Limitations and Internet Issues

While RamzBank aims to provide a stable and secure service, we cannot guarantee:

Uninterrupted access to our website or systems at all times.
Compatibility with all devices, browsers or network setups.
That the service will be free of errors, bugs or security risks.

RamzBank is not liable for failures or delays resulting from the user’s internet connection, device malfunction or third-party infrastructure outside our control.

8. Unlawful Use or Suspicious Activity

Any use of RamzBank services for illegal, high-risk or prohibited purposes is strictly at the user’s own risk.
RamzBank is not responsible for damages arising from such misuse and may restrict or terminate access and report activity to authorities where required.

9. No Investment or Financial Advice

Information provided by RamzBank (on the website, in marketing materials or support communication) is for general information only and does not constitute investment, financial, tax or legal advice.
You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks associated with crypto assets and for seeking independent professional advice where necessary.

10. Events Beyond Our Control

RamzBank is not liable for any failure or delay resulting from:

Natural disasters, wars, strikes or other force majeure events.
Nationwide or regional internet outages.
Regulatory changes, government actions or restrictions affecting crypto or postal services.
Failures of third-party providers such as hosting, SMS or payment processors, where such failures are outside RamzBank’s reasonable control.

11. Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RamzBank’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the purchase, delivery or activation of a gift card is limited to the fiat value of the relevant order prior to the issuance of the gift card.

12. Acceptance

By accessing our website, purchasing a card, receiving a shipment or activating a gift card, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept the limitations of liability set out on this page.
